After seeing several impressive virtual events recently in Virbela, such as Laval Virtual World 2020 and The eXp Shareholder Summit, we’ve been excited and inspired by the work of our clients and partners. Given the current climate, the demand for virtual gatherings has grown significantly and the Virbela team has been working hard to design a new space created just for events.
We’re excited to share Virbela's new Expo Hall, a modern business meeting and event facility that gives event attendees an impressive 3D virtual event experience -- complete with a lobby, socialization space, an exhibitor floor, auditoriums, breakout rooms and more.
One of the most exciting features in the Expo Hall is the exhibitor floor, a trade show venue with several customization options to fit a wide variety of uses. It has a configurable floor plan that allows up to 150 exhibitor booths available in three different sizes and can be customized to include logos, colors, websites and clickable graphics. Each booth is surrounded by a private volume, allowing exhibitors to talk one-on-one with attendees who enter their booth space.
The Expo Hall also includes auditoriums and meeting rooms, giving event planners a wide selection of spaces to hold presentations, break out sessions and gatherings of all sizes. There are also “outdoor” venues, which are great for social events or receptions.
Most importantly, Virbela event spaces allow attendees to interact and have serendipitous run-ins with others, as they would at an in-person event. Bumping into an old friend and catching up, or meeting new acquaintances through casual conversation are the type of social interactions that make events unforgettable for guests.
