As the enterprise metaverse gains traction, companies are exploring new ways to leverage its potential. By getting creative with advancing technology, you can enhance the services and solutions your team offers clients and other stakeholders.

Virbela has supported multiple clients in the development and design of immersive experiences. These virtual worlds have expanded reach, resulted in high engagement, and helped enterprises gain crucial metaverse skill sets for the future.

Here, we’ll review a selection of ways your organization can expand its offerings and do more for your clients.

Create branded experiences. Recently, global consulting firm PwC worked with Virbela to create a unique metaverse experience that was available to attendees around the world during the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity. Their virtual world included architecture inspired by the Mediterranean and a yacht where anyone could learn more about PwC’s web3 and metaverse leadership.

Host virtual conferences. The metaverse can be used to host virtual events and conferences that bring together team leaders, industry experts, and more from all over the world. These events can be used to network, learn about new products and services, and discuss industry trends. For example, The Economist Events Metaverse Summit 2023 featured more than 60 sessions about creating value in emerging spaces. The prestigious conference was held in Virbela and San Jose, proving hybrid events can advance thought leadership for everyone.

Virbela helps enterprise companies with several events each year. Reach out to us at sales@virbela.com to learn more about how we can support your first virtual event.

Provide virtual training. Bank of America has found an innovative training solution using 3D environments. New hires use VR headsets that immerse them in real-world scenarios. They handle upset customers, navigate simulated robberies, and take a breather in serene virtual settings. This immersive approach equips employees with vital skills while making training engaging and interactive — and may even keep them safer in high-risk situations.

Facilitate remote collaboration. The metaverse can be used to create virtual meeting spaces for large groups — up into the thousands. This can be especially beneficial for companies that have employees or clients located around the world. That’s why DXC Technology held a recent sales kickoff in Virbela, aligning staff and leadership on key objectives for upcoming business periods. The kickoff brought together members of its Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) sales team as well as presenters, partners and organizers

Offer immersive customer support. The metaverse can be used to create virtual customer support environments where clients can interact with company representatives in a more personal and engaging way. For example, in Virbela, a customer support ticket system allows individuals to submit a ticket to a help desk. When an associate is available to provide support, the avatar of the person who submitted the ticket is automatically teleported to the help desk to resolve their issue, one-on-one in real-time.
